Just saw a link on one of Bill Vick's many on-line spaces, "5 steps to let your dream job find you"

If you haven't looked at Bill's writings, you should. He is a real thinker and leader in the recruitment community. In fact, if you look to the right to the ExremeRecruiting streampad, you can listen to some of his excellent 'one minute' interviews. Or head off to the ExteremeRecruiting site.

Congrats on the CNN article (even though most of your stuff wasn't included :p). I agree that Bill Vick's work is worth visiting - both the blog as well as the podcast interviews.
