Alan & Co. This is an absolutely fantastic notion! An important point to consider (especially given your local and community constituency emphasis), are the ways in which the thousands of SMEs operate when recruiting. As an employer of an SME firm myself, recruitment cost is paramount, which is why many similar operated firms seek One Off Payment Recruitment Agencies. It would be ambitious, but getting these agencies as part of a community would be an excellent idea.
