I have been invited by Bill Boorman to record a video with some of my thoughts and hopes for the recruitment industry for 2010. This was part of Bill's amazing #HRCARNIVAL initiative that he has been running on his Norton Folgate: The Recruiting Unblog. Bill has now posted over 80 Vlogs ranging from 1-5 minutes from the great and good of recruitment from around the world - a real testament to the reach he has achieved in the last 12 months.
